Christina Tan is a fitness advocate who constantly seeks self-improvement and believes that life begins outside one’s comfort zone.  She is committed to sustainable lifestyle changes and practical fitness regimes and has spent the last few years experimenting and curating fitness practices that works for busy professionals.  She is currently most passionate about her work to reduce sugar and salt consumption in the Singapore diet.

Christina wants to help people change their status quo in health and fitness and personal aspirations.  As a certified ACE Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, she has stayed active in the fitness scene by participating in marathons, obstacle races and many fitness events.
